33bd Terms and Conditions
This document sets out all the conditions that apply to using the 33bd platform. All rules relating to account registration, accepting bonuses, financial transactions, and responsible conduct are clearly described here.
General Provisions
Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the authority operating the 33bd platform and any person using the platform. By using any service offered by 33bd, the user is automatically considered to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
Right to Amend Terms
33bd reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. Amended terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of the service after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Scope of Application
These terms apply to all 33bd services — casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and all other categories. Separate terms may apply to specific promotions or services; in such cases, those specific terms will apply alongside these general terms.
Account Registration and Use
Age Requirement and Eligibility
To open an account on the 33bd platform, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone below this age is strictly prohibited from creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game. If it is proven that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
One Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled and bonus benefits will be withdrawn.
Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing a false name, address, or identity may result in account cancellation as well as rejection of withdrawal requests. 33bd may request identity documents or other records at any time for verification purposes.
Account Security
It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their login details confidential. Sharing a password with a third party or allowing someone else to use the account is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the 33bd support team must be notified immediately.
Terms for Financial Transactions
Important: The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
Deposit Methods
Approved deposit methods on the 33bd platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Users must deposit only from a mobile banking account registered in their own name — using someone else's account is not permitted.
Withdrawal Terms
The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be temporarily held while an account verification process is ongoing.
- The account must have sufficient balance at the time of a withdrawal request.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
- 33bd reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
Erroneous Transactions and Refunds
If any amount is credited to an account by mistake due to a technical error, that amount does not belong to the user and 33bd reserves the right to reclaim it. Users are expected to notify support on their own if such a situation occurs.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 would earn a ৳1,500 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; in that case, the bonus amount of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Each account is eligible for this bonus only once.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus amount, the user must wager 15 times the bonus amount. No withdrawal from the bonus may be made until the wagering requirement has been met. 33bd will determine which games count towards wagering and which do not, and reserves the right to change this as needed.
VIP Cashback Programme
33bd VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. This benefit is divided into four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
Bonus Abuse
Misusing bonus benefits, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and the account may be closed.
Gaming Rules
Finality of Game Results
All game results on the 33bd platform are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result recorded on the server is final and no objection on this matter will be accepted. If a game round is left incomplete due to a loss of network connection, the last saved state on the server will be treated as the outcome.
Technical Errors and Cancelled Rounds
If a game round is cancelled due to a software error or server issue, 33bd will return the amount wagered in that round to the user's balance. No compensation may be claimed in such circumstances.
Prohibited Activities
The use of any automated software, bots, or artificial advantages in gaming is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be permanently closed and all accumulated funds may be forfeited.
Terms for Responsible Gaming
Self-Limits
All 33bd users are advised to set their own gaming limits. The platform provides users with options to set deposit limits, betting limits, or take a temporary break. Visit the responsible gaming guidelines page for more details.
Self-Exclusion Option
If a user feels their gambling habit is getting out of control, they may apply for self-exclusion. After this request, access to the account will be restricted for a specified period. The 33bd support team will provide assistance throughout this process at any time.
Protection of Minors
It is the responsibility of guardians to prevent anyone under 21 from using this platform. If you suspect a family member is using an account without permission, contact support promptly.
Privacy and Data Protection
Use of Personal Information

Dispute Resolution Process
If a disagreement arises, please contact the 33bd support team first. The support team will work to resolve the issue promptly. If resolution through support is not achieved, the matter may be settled through negotiation.
Limitation of Liability
33bd will not be held responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection during use of the platform, third-party technical issues, or problems with the user's own device. In the case of a technical error on the platform itself, action will be taken in accordance with Section 3.2.
Account Closure and Suspension

33bd may suspend or permanently close a user's account without warning for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Registration with a false identity or information.
- Proof that the user is under 21 years of age.
- Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
Account Closure by the User
Any user may close their account voluntarily. Contacting the support team will initiate the process. All pending wagering requirements must be completed before closing the account; otherwise, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
